1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ProEV Collision website (ev-long.com) and our repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

ProEV Collision provides electric vehicle collision repair, paint restoration, structural repair, battery diagnostics, and related automotive services at our facility located at 1013 E Willow St, Signal Hill, CA 90755. All repair work is performed by professional EV technicians using manufacturer-approved methods and parts.

3. Estimates and Authorization

We provide written estimates before commencing repair work. By signing a repair authorization, you agree to the estimated costs and scope of work. If additional repairs are discovered during the process, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, cash, and specialized checks. For insurance-covered repairs, your responsibility is limited to your deductible and any non-covered charges. ProEV Collision reserves a mechanic’s lien on vehicles until payment is received in full.

5. Warranty

ProEV Collision provides a limited lifetime warranty on all collision repair workmanship performed at our facility. Paint work carries a 5-year warranty against peeling, cracking, or fading under normal conditions. Warranty does not cover damage from subsequent accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Customer Portal

Our online Customer Portal allows you to track repair progress in real time. Access credentials are provided upon vehicle check-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal access. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from sharing your credentials.

7. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of repair completion notification. After this period, a daily storage fee may apply. ProEV Collision is not responsible for vehicles left beyond 30 days after completion notification.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProEV Collision’s liability is limited to the cost of repair services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or diminished vehicle value beyond the scope of our repair work.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ev-long.com, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of ProEV Collision and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
