This Privacy Policy explains how ProEV Collision (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Tesla, Rivian and Lucid specialist collision center located in Signal Hill, California — together with its vehicle sales and registration affiliate Alpha Transport Group — collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through this website and our services.

These are processed by our hosting, automation and AI service providers on our behalf, solely to answer you and to prepare your estimate. They are not used for advertising.

To provide estimates, collision repair, vehicle sales/purchase, financing, delivery, and DMV title/registration services; to respond to inquiries; to operate and secure our website; and to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
How We Share Information
We disclose information to service providers and contractors performing services on our behalf (e.g., insurers and claims systems, parts suppliers, financing/lending partners, the DMV and registration services, payment processors, hosting and analytics providers) and to authorities where required by law. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice and exclude applicable taxes, government fees, title and registration fees, documentation fees, and finance charges unless stated. Vehicle and parts availability is not guaranteed.
Listings & “AS IS” Sales (FTC Buyer’s Guide)
Photos, descriptions, mileage, and specifications are believed accurate but may contain errors and are not an offer. Unless a written warranty is expressly provided, used vehicles are sold “AS IS” and the dealer does not provide a warranty for repairs after sale. As required by the FTC Used Car Rule, a completed Buyer’s Guide is displayed on each used vehicle and becomes part of the sales contract.
Inspection, Financing & Registration
We encourage buyers to inspect and test drive any vehicle and obtain an independent inspection before purchase. Financing is through third-party lenders and subject to credit approval. Registration and title services follow California DMV requirements; DMV timeframes and fees may change.
