About Alpha Transport Group

Alpha Transport Group Inc is a licensed California used vehicle dealer based in Long Beach. We sell cars locally, buy at auction on behalf of customers, repair and register vehicles, and ship them worldwide from the Port of Long Beach — all under one licensed company.

What we do

Most dealerships do one thing. We do the whole life of the car, because that is what our customers actually need:

• Car sales. Hand-picked used vehicles on our own lot, every one listed with its VIN, title status and mileage.
• Auction buying. We hold dealer credentials at Copart, IAAI and Manheim. If we do not have what you want, we bid for you at cost plus a flat fee.
• Service and body shop. Mechanical work, collision repair and pre-purchase inspection, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Registration and DMV. Title transfers, temporary plates, out-of-state registration and salvage paperwork, filed electronically.
• Worldwide export. Container shipping using our own U.S. Customs exporter account — no broker in the middle.

How we price

We buy at auction ourselves, so there is no middleman markup. Some of our vehicles carry a salvage title — that is always disclosed on the listing and explained in plain language before anyone leaves a deposit. Our own shop keeps reconditioning costs down, and being ten minutes from the port means we can sell a car locally or export it, so we are never forced to dump inventory.

What you can expect

• A free vehicle history report on any car, on request, before you commit.
• An honest walk-around of every known fault — we would rather lose a sale than hide a problem.
• Your own mechanic is welcome. We will put the car on our lift for them.
• No hidden fees. California caps the dealer documentation fee at $85 and we do not charge more.
