These terms cover the use of this website. They do not replace the written agreements you sign when you actually buy, sell, repair or ship a vehicle — those documents govern the transaction.
Vehicle listings
We try hard to keep every listing accurate. Even so, vehicles are sold and prices change, and errors happen. A listing on this site is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Availability, price, mileage, equipment and title status are confirmed in writing before a sale. If we find a mistake in a listing, we will correct it and tell you.
Prices
The price shown for a vehicle is the price of the vehicle only. It does not include California sales tax, DMV registration and title fees, the dealer documentation fee — capped by California law at $85 — a smog certificate where one is required, or any finance charges. Ask us and we will give you the full out-the-door figure in writing before you commit to anything.
Salvage and branded titles
Some vehicles we sell carry a salvage or otherwise branded title, meaning an insurer previously declared the vehicle a total loss. Where that is the case it is stated on the listing and disclosed again in writing before the sale, as California law requires. A salvage vehicle usually cannot be financed by a bank, is harder to insure with full coverage, requires a brake and light inspection and VIN verification to be registered, and is worth less on resale. We will explain all of that before you decide.
Vehicle condition
Used vehicles are generally sold as-is unless a written warranty is provided with the specific vehicle. You are encouraged to inspect any vehicle yourself and to have it examined by a mechanic of your choosing before purchase. We will put a car on our lift for your inspector.
Estimates and calculations
Any monthly payment, tax estimate or shipping cost shown on this site or produced by our chat assistant is an estimate for guidance only. It is not a credit offer, not an approval, and not a binding quote. Final terms depend on lender approval, your credit history, taxes, fees and current freight rates.
Financing
Alpha Transport Group Inc is not a lender. We submit applications to third-party lenders on your behalf. Approval, rate and terms are decided by the lender, not by us, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of approval or of any particular rate.
Export
Export services are subject to U.S. export law and to the rules of the destination country. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance at the destination port are the responsibility of the receiver. Transit times are estimates and depend on sailing schedules and customs inspections, which are outside our control.

The assistant on this site is powered by artificial intelligence. It is a helpful starting point, not professional advice, and it can be wrong. The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Alpha Transport Group Inc. Vehicle manufacturer names and model names are used only to describe the vehicles we sell and remain the property of their owners. We are not an authorised dealer of, or affiliated with, any manufacturer.
Limitation
This website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits any right you have under California consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
